Coldingham Bay is one of Berwickshire’s most popular beaches. It forms part of the Berwickshire and North Northumberland Coast Special Area of Conservation (SAC) and is within the Berwickshire Marine Reserve. In recent years storm events such as Storm Bebet in 2023 have resulted in increased erosion and loss of pioneer sand dune habitat.
Submitting your photo photographs from the Coldingham Bay CoastSnap post will help us to monitor how the habitats on the bay recover and change over time.
